Shrimp Pasta Primavera with Garlic and Wine

Hello Reader,

As the weather warms up and it stays light later we find ourselves leaning into lighter meals that still feel satisfying. This one-dish pasta with shrimp and spring vegetables is a nice fit - quick, easy prep and great for weeknight cooking.

Shrimp Pasta Primavera

Sautéed shrimp, asparagus, and peas are combined with pasta in a simple garlic and white wine sauce. Cooking the components separately keeps the textures right, and a splash of pasta water creates a light sauce without the need for cream or cheese. Works with chicken too!
